Execute or Erase?

This blog is my "scratchpad". While "scratchpad" is a phrase that extends beyond the C-130/pilot world, the C-130 mission computer's scratchpad is the scratchpad for me. Whenever you type or input, there is always a "hanging execute" light. Do I send it? Do I erase it? Has the other pilot confirmed it? Does it look right on the screen?


This blog is intended to be what I am thinking/reading, but the content is not intended as final answers, positions, or even complete thoughts. Just thoughts worth writing down in the hopes they coalesce into something greater in the future.
